Terms & Conditions
- A RIDER who participates in our marketing campaign is required to sign & agree that marketing PowerCabs brands and any other useful methods carried out on the behalf of PowerCabs Ireland limited, PowerCabs will not be responsible of any breach of the RIDER agreement / contract of third party which couriers are working with, and by signing the agreement RIDER provides the consent of understanding this contract.
- A RIDER who participates in our campaign, may disclose information to their 3rd party brands for example Deliveroo/ Just eat or any other company that they are carrying PowerCabs Ireland Limited brand / material for marketing purposes
- PowerCabs Ireland Limited is not liable for any claim/dismissal or any other charges that may result during the marketing campaign
- PowerCabs Ireland Limited has right to refuse/exclude any RIDER due to misconduct, using fraudulent activities or breach of the marketing campaign
- If any RIDER using PowerCabs Ireland Limited marketing Platform needs assistance to inform their third party about the marketing PowerCabs Ireland Limited logo etc onto their thermal bags, PowerCabs will be given written request and if its appropriate PowerCabs Ireland Limited will notify their third party where possible
- Without written confirmation from third party if courier would like to continue using PowerCabs Ireland Limited logo, the responsibility will imply on the courier and PowerCabs will not facilitate any claim arising out of this situation
- PowerCabs Ireland Limited Marketing and/or any affiliated marketing by the PowerCabs Ireland Limited, RIDER is liable to take any action to protect the logo and material (copyright)
- Decision to end the contract by PowerCabs Ireland Limited will be final and cannot be challenged in courts for any claims
- If any T&Cs is unclear to the RIDER, we would be happy provide clarification. In case no query is raised, we would consider T&Cs are fully understood and agreed upon.
- RIDER’s data will be securely saved in our data base
- If any RIDER would like to leave the PowerCabs Ireland Limited marketing platform, the RIDER would need to send an email (rider@powercabs.ie) to permanently delete their data from our system. This normally takes 2 weeks to process.
- PowerCabs Ireland Limited provides T&Cs in English language, but we can also provide T&Cs in a language preferred by RIDER
- RIDER upon signing is agreeing to our T&Cs
